Today I bring you a cake with a secret ingredient that your children will eat without thinking twice.
What is the secret you may ask, it is something that kids do not often eat: beets. I found this recipe tried it out, adjusted it and loved it. It is a great winter recipe, something to fill up that void that comes with the never-ending cold, and snow.
The only hard/time task is the boiling, peeling of the beets. Other than that it is pretty easy to make.
