Winter is in full force here in Quebec. Lots of snow, extremely low temperatures, and sunny days that belie that actual weather outside.
Likewise, with the abundance of cold, the new semester has begun with a bang. And since it’s online (again), that means I’m spending lots of time cooped up inside.
Therefore, today I’ll be sharing a winter bucket list of ideas that will help you make the most of the coldest season of the year and get out of the house!

One way to keep track and to remember one’s bucket list is to have a print copy of it. I’m the kind of person who prefers to tape a list to my wall or to my planner rather than having it recorded online. And since I’m sure many of you are the same way, I made a printable copy!

Winter can at times be seen as a bore due to it being so cold and unwelcoming but it doesn’t have to be. There’s beauty in all the seasons and I hope this winter bucket list can help you not only make the best of the cold winter months but also make fun memories or traditions.

I hope you can make the most of the coldest season of the year! I love the colder months, even if there is rarely any snow. Fingers crossed for some this year, as nothing beats a wander through the snow, well waddling with all the layers I wear. I’d love to have a snowball fight as well!
I like the idea of re-connecting with a friend or loved one and trying my hand at baking bread. Not sure how successful the latter would be for me, but I would love to give it a go. Visiting a nearby town is a good idea!
Thank you for sharing these ideas; I hope you enjoy the rest of your winter and manage to get out of the house more, as you said!😊

These are such great ideas for a cold winter day! We don’t get much snow here in London (if anything at all!) and we would so love to do these bucket list ideas you have here x

This is such a great resource for finding things to do outdoors! I love ice skating and it’s always been my favourite activity. It doesn’t usually get cold here long enough to freeze ponds and farmer’s fields, but when it does it’s great fun. Thanks for sharing.

Quite a list you have here? I’m always down for a winter walk and getting those steps in. Ice fishing intrigues me, I’d do that. Of course meeting up with friends over coffee, is a yes yes!

great list, I’ve always wanted to make homemade snow cones but no chance of that here in sunny florida. I guess I just have to settle for playing board games 🙂

Such a great list! I always love winter for roughing a month, and then I start to get sick of the cold. But these are some good ideas to keep myself entertained while it’s cold. Thank you for sharing!
